Step 1 Registration
To get started, please fill out our registration form by clicking the "Register" button below. This form collects important information about your dog. Once the form is submitted online, we will be in touch with you within 2-3 business days via text message to proceed with the next steps if your registration is approved.
Please check your spam folder on your phone or add us to your contact to ensure your text message does not go to spam.

Step 2 Book a Meet & Greet
After your registration has been assessed and approved, we’ll send you a link via text to book a Meet & Greet. These take place on Monday’s and Thursday’s and it gives us a chance to meet your dog, assess their suitability for our environment, and answer any questions you may have.
Due to a number of no shows to meet & greets, we now charge a $20 fee for Meet & Greets. This amount is fully deducted from your first paid play session — or refunded in full if your dog is not accepted into care.
Please note: Meet & Greet approvals are valid for 4 months. If no bookings are made during that time, a new Meet & Greet will be required.

Step 3 online booking
After a successful meet and greet, you will receive login details via text to access our online booking system. From there, you can easily schedule your dog’s visits to Waggy Warehouse at your convenience. Please note, we do not accept walk-ins—sessions must be booked online in advance.
